What benefits are included with my membership?
You have an on going, up to the minute travel matching service. Our matching process constantly scans for profiles that match your profile for a compatible traveling partner. A personal page with blog capabilities you can design with a personal touch, including pictures of yourself, children and grandchildren, along with travel pictures from your favorite destinations. Your page can be personalized to include hobbies and interests, Favorite links and more. Travel bulletin boards for you and your travel partner to post pictures and stories of your adventure. Explore the opportunity to become a “trip advisor” and post information about the “ins and outs” of a travel destination. Use our safe and confidential internal email system to communicate with potential matches, new friends and acquaintances.
Have timely articles that address issues that you are interested in, posted by professionals in their fields of health, fitness, finance, travel, beauty, spirituality, mental health, and more. Participate in live forum chats with professionals and have your questions answered! Utilize the Just Ask Holly column to address personal life issues. The ability to use your personal talents within the Just Us Girls Travel community, are available to you. You will receive a monthly newsletter, filled with the latest updates, articles, and anecdotes!
Do I have to become a member to use this site?
Yes. Utilizing a membership format helps insure the quality and safety of the site for our network of women only. However, you may take a FREE TOUR of the site, without being a member.
What does it cost to join?
The membership is $14.95 a month.
Are their discounts for a longer membership?
We also offer longer memberships at a discount, which include 6 months for $74.75 (one month free), or $134.00 annually (a discount of 25%!).
How do I pay for my membership?
Within our secure payment system, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit card payments. Your membership payment will be automatically charged to your account each month, unless you chose one of the other payment options.
How can I change my membership from monthly to semi-annually or annually?
Go to “My Account” and uncheck previous payment method. Check the box for semi-annual or annual payment and you will immediately receive your discount!
How do I renew my membership?
Do nothing, and your account automatically continues each month.
Do I get a refund if I decide to end my membership before the end of the month?
No. Once a payment has been made, your membership is good until the next billing period. If you decide to leave us before then, we will deactivate your account immediately upon your request to do so. We invite you to return at anytime and just hit
“Reactivate” to come back on board!
Are men allowed?
No. Just Us Girls Travel was designed for savvy women 40+. Our site was built around women's concerns, issue, topics and how they effect us from day to day. We have sincerely stated our objectives and hope it is clear to those coming to the site. Your matches will always be as closely matched to you as possible. This is a women's site for women. While anyone can stop by and take our "Tour", to be in our data base system, you must completely fill out a questionnaire and purchase a membership to have full access to the site. As with any other "matching" service, whether for travel or dating sites, it is up to you to be cautionary. You and your match will have to contact each other. We try and maintain the highest standards of safety and any infraction upon our basic purpose of this site will be dealt with severely.

How do I access my account?
Go to “My Account.”
How do I change my personal account information?
Go to “My Account” and click on the “Edit” key. You will be able to change any information.
I need to change my password, how do I do that?
Go to “My Account” and click on “Change Password” key.
I forgot my password, how do I log into my account?
Directly below the “Log-in”key, click on “I Forgot My Password.” You will automatically receive an e-mail with a log-in that will appear in your personal e-mail address that you have stipulated in your account information.
Can I reactivate my account without taking the questionnaire over again?
No, your information will stay in our records for one year, even if your account is deactivated. You may come back anytime before that time period and reactivate your account. The questionnaire you had on file will reactivate as well. If anything has changed, you will need to click on “My Account” and click on the “Edit” key.
How do I reactivate my account if I closed it previously?
Go to “My Account” and choose the payment plan of your choice. Your account will be immediately reactivated.

How do I upload my photos?
Go to “My Page” and click on “My Photos,” and a “Browse” button will appear. Click on the “Browse” button and you will be able to search your computer files for pictures. Click on your picture you would like to upload and the picture will be copied to your page. If you prefer, copy and paste your picture into the box provided, then click “upload.” You should see your photos in a few seconds!
What kind of file should my pictures be?
jpg, ,png, bmp or gif
Can I upload videos to my page?
Using an existing URL from a source, such as MySpace or You-Tube, you can copy and paste the URL onto your page. Your visitors will be able to access your video right on your page! At this time, Just Us Girls Travel is not storing its own video, but will be adding this feature in the future.
What if I cannot see my photo, what do I do?
Review what file format you used and make sure its a .jpg, ,png, bmp or gif. Then upload again.

Do you rent, sell, or share personal information about me?
No! Just Us Girls Travel values your privacy. We may choose to use this information for the following general purposes:
1/To customize the content and advertising you see.
2/Improve our website, newsletter, and client services.
3/Create special promotions.
4/Conduct customer research.
There may be times where Just Us Girls Travel shares aggregate non-personal information with third parties, such as the media and advertisers. This general information is typically in the form of statistics, i.e. age group, state lived in, etc. The information gathered from individual network members is not traceable to any specific Just Us Girls Travel member.
Can I change my user name later if I don't like it?
No. Once you set your user name, it is set.
How do I change my e-mail address?
Go to " My Account" and re-enter a new e-mail address where it asks for your e-mail address.
Can I have more than one e-mail address on file?
No, we do not give out your email address to anyone, so the email address you give us is for Just Us Girls travel use only. We will use this email to send you information about your account and update you on any new travel matches.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Directly below the "Log-in" key, click on "I Forgot my Password." You will automatically receive an e-mail with a log-in that will appear in your personal e-mail address that you had originally stipulated in your account information.

Questionnaire
What criteria did you use to formulate the questionnaire?
Multiple sources were used to develop the travel matching questionnaire. The original source material included information from the vacation travel and recreation literature, as well as knowledge which has developed from within the personality and social psychology domains. In addition, an interactive process was used, whereby early versions of the travel matching questionnaire were pilot tested with representative samples of savvy women travelers who provided instrumental feedback for the item revision process.
How do I know my personal answers aren't being shared among members?
Just Us Girls Travel will never share your information with other members. When a match has been made, contact will be made by email and you will be directed to their web page. It will be at your own discretion to share your personal information about life, wants, beliefs, and desires with your match.
Do I have to take the entire questionnaire over if I want to change my answers?
No. If you want to change any of your answers, select the answer you want and hit the "Recalculate My Score" button.
How do I change answers on the questionnaire?
Return to the questionnaire. Click on the "EDIT" button and scroll to change your answers.
What if I have trouble completing the questionnaire in a timely manner?
You may stop at any point in the questionnaire if you haven't had time to finish. Just press the “SAVE” button before leaving the site. Come back at your own convenience to complete it. However, you must complete the entire questionnaire before you are allowed full access to the site, and before you can begin being matched.
Do I have to complete the questionnaire before I can gain access to the member benefits?
Yes.
What happens if my computer shuts down in the middle of the questionnaire, will my answers be saved?
Your answers will be saved up until the last time you hit the "Save" button.

Are my matches notified at the same time I am?
Yes, each of you will be receiving an email notifying you there is a match for your adventure!
How will you notify me you've found a match?
You will receive an email notification with the subject line "You've Been Matched!"
What if I don't like the profile of the traveler matched to me? Do I have to contact her?
No, you are not required to make any contacts. It is up to you to contact the matches we have identified for you. Just Us Girls Travel makes the connections and you make the contacts.
Is it possible for me to be matched with more than one member?
Yes! It is not only possible but probable, there are many women out there just like you!
Has every member been required to complete a questionnaire?
Yes, all members in our pooling system of potential matches, have completed the questionnaire.
What if I have found my match and we are already planning our trip, or for any reason, would like not to be in the match pool at this time?
On your profile page, you will see a section called "MATCH ME," with an automatic default to "Yes." Change your preference to "No." and hit "Edit Profile" You can change it back by reversing the process.
Are you a travel agency?
No. We are a travel matching site and not a travel agency. We have a link on our site to a large travel search engine for you to arrange your own travel as a convenience for you.
Will my match ever come from outside of Just Us Girls Travel or a travel company?
No. Your matches will be pulled from the Just Us Girls Travel pool of members.
Do you arrange travel for us?
No. You and your match will arrange your own travel, which gives you the freedom to choose where, when and how you want to travel. We have placed a large travel search engine on our site as a convenience to members, but you can arrange travel wherever you prefer.
Is there a guarantee I will be matched with only my sexual orientation, if that's how I want it?
At Just Us Girls Travel we do not discriminate based on color, religion, social status or sexual orientation. Our matching system will match you to the best traveling partners based on your answers. It will be at your discretion to decide whether to proceed with getting to know your travel match at any point in the "get to know you" process.
I am disabled? Would there be a match for me?
Yes! Just Us Girls Travel has women in their database from all over the world, representing all colors, religion, race, and orientation. Even a disability will not keep you from being matched with a like minded travel partner! We offer our unique service to the entire spectrum of women age 40+ and beyond.
