Five experienced executives form the core of Just Us Girls Travel's leadership team. Together, they guide the direction and operations of the company. They bring a wide array of talents and skills needed to respond to the demands of the current and future marketplace with innovative, informed solutions that meet and exceed member expectations. Their combined expertise in psychology, business, web development and marketing, and customer service gives them the resources to empower their members through the internet. Their vision and complementary talents drive Just Us Girls Travel.

Holly K.Klein, Founder/Principle Partner

Holly K. Klein is a licensed psychotherapist in Kansas and Missouri. She brings the original vision of Just Us Girls Travel, with a goal to empower women to breakthrough to a more full life. Her experience as a Clinical Social Worker, both in private practice and hospital work, has created a vast working knowledge to promote wellness in the individual.

Ms. Klein brings a unique combination of skills in psychology as well as marketing, sales and sales management to Just Us Girls Travel. Prior to her success as a mental health specialist, she spent 13 years in sales and sales management with leaders in the Yellow Page industry including Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Donnelley Information Publishing and L.M. Berry & Company.

Ms. Klein earned a BSW and MSW in Social Work from Washburn University and completed a two-year Marriage and Family Therapy Training program at the Menninger Institute. View Full Bio Email Holly

Patricia Phillips, Partner, Office & Accounting Mgr.

Patricia Phillips R.M.A., Partner in JUST US GIRLS TRAVEL, brings more than 22 years of office, accounting, and production management experience. Ms. Phillips has worked with a noted psychiatrist and served as an office manager for psychotherapists.

Prior to coming to JUST US GIRLS TRAVEL, Ms. Phillips was a Unit Leader at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 11 years, managing eight full time employees. Ms. Phillips was also instrumental in the creation, development, and implementation of a CDC database for the company. She also spent 6 years as a Production Manager in a retail environment heading a department of 12 employees. Ms. Phillips is a graduate of Eastern Jackson County Allied Health. Email Pat.

Cameron Klein, Partner, Assessment Specialist

Cameron Klein, Partner, Assessment Specialist, is an Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychologist who is completing his Ph.D. in I-O psychology at the University of Central Florida. For Just Us Girls Travel, he is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of the assessment measures that are used to match travelers together. In addition, he maintains a consulting role in company matters that include business strategy, marketing, and customer service.

Cameron completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University, where he studied business and psychology. As a behavioral scientist, he is able to apply principles of psychology to areas that include individual differences and assessment, attitude measurement, and organization development and change. In addition, Cameron has acquired expertise in training theory, program design and evaluation, small group theory and team processes, interpersonal skills, research methods, and data analysis.

Cameron has participated in the successful completion of numerous projects resulting in technical and professional publications, applied professional products, and national conference presentations. In addition, he has experience managing research project teams and developing individual assessment instruments, and is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Academy of Management (AOM), and the American Psychological Association (APA) Email Cameron

John Beck

John Beck, Partner, Procurement and Marketing Liaison, brings to Just Us Girls Travel 10 years of production, packaging and marketing experience. His knowledge and experience in networking and production will assist him with the direct business needs of Just Us Girls Travel. Mr. Beck has most recently managed a staff of eight in the Return Department for Ringside Products, teaching and training sales and customer service representatives. Mr. Beck started in warehouse production and consistently proved his sales, training, and management skills.

Mr. Beck has also completed four years of military service in the United States Marine Corps. As a training NCO, Mr. Beck assisted in the accountability of 148 marines. During his final year in the corps, he supervised and developed leadership skills in six staff members, managed three gymnasiums on the base, supervised day to day operations, and taught and designed fitness programs. Mr. Beck graduated from Washburn University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Gerald A. Poynter II, Director of Information Technology Services

Mr. Poynter brings to Just Us Girls Travel more than 23 years of diverse experience in developing and managing information technology services for several Fortune 500 companies and major public organizations. His commitment to identifying and developing the best IT solutions for Just Us Girls Travel clients is another example of the company's relentless focus on providing the best in IT services.

As director of technology services, Mr. Poynter is responsible for managing and overseeing some of the company's largest clients, while improving Just Us Girls Travel methodologies and developing additional growth strategies through enhanced partnerships globally.
